Service Options

We offer two options for our Credentialing & Management Services

Credentialing & Onboarding Only

Includes initial credentialing, consulting, and onboarding only.

Full management of VA participation after initial setup will be run by your office.

One-Time Setup fee starting at $2,500 per single-provider office.

Initial Term: Upon completion

For both service options, the same initial service fee starting at $2,500 applies. This fee changes based on the amount of providers and office locations you are wanting to credential.

If you are wanting to credential multiple offices in multiple states, you may be spanning multiple VA regions, which is an additional fee due to VA third-party administrator Zones.

We charge a monthly fixed fee for management of your VA Community Care Network program participation.

This fee covers daily administrative tasks, referral management, patient scheduling support, and customized VA liaison services.

In addition to fixed fees, practices are subject to a performance-based administrative services charge that correlates with the extent of VA Community Care Activity we manage.

Higher tiers signify an increased administrative workload, veteran coordination, authorization volume, claims management, compliance risk, and operational resources.
